Lady Gaga Glitter Tea!

Was I the only person who didn't know that Gaga had gone diamond? I have to say when she first came out I thought she was a potential kitschy one hit wonder with a penchant for eye-catching outfits and forgettable music. I've seen crows and they do not look tasty, but I have to grab the fork and knife on this one, because I was so wrong. Lady Gaga, who humbly told Oprah that she rather just be called Gaga because being called "lady" felt "weird" has taken the charts by storm since her debut. And looking at the same episode of Oprah, specifically Gaga's performance, it is fair to say that Gaga's diamond status is well deserved.

She is not just a pop sensation, but also an advocate for individuality that has not been seen is a very long time (at least since her Grammy collaborator Elton John). She is also one of the only mainstream pop stars to speak openly about gay rights and safe sex with raw honesty. To sum it all up, she a personality. One that I foresee, (and I don't foresee me eating crow with this prediction) being relevant for a long time.

Added note: Soon, "Telephone" Gaga's hit with my other favorite pop star, Beyonce, will be coming out soon. So look out for it!

(This is not the "official" video and I don't know why the creator said it was).
